Following hail storms in central Indiana during the summer of 2012, we recently completed a complete remodel of a home exterior damaged by hail. This remodel included the following improvements:
Extended the existing porch out 16”
Remove wood deck floor of porch and installed concrete
Remove old sidewalks and install curving exposed aggregate sidewalk
Replaced windows and patio door with new Andersen 400 series windows, patio door was a Andersen French wood and new interior trim throughout
Removed all vinyl siding and installed James Hardie plank siding and trim
Accented the front of the house with Heritage Cultured Stone
Stripped roof and installed Landmark dimensional 30 year shingles
We recently completed a design and construction project to create a back-yard retreat. The project involved extensive brick and concrete work, custom wood work, Trex® deck, and iron and brick fencing. Pictured below is a concrete patio, brick and iron fence, Trex® deck, pergola fence treatments, and complete landscaping.
